Damages and Lost During Shipment

The shipping insurance coverage of up to ฿2,000 is included in the shipping cost.  If you wish to acquire a full coverage, please go HERE and click your desired "Shipping Insurance" for the device. If you received your order damaged or lost during shipment, please CONTACT our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

***We recommend you to purchase a full coverage since we will not be covering in full (over ฿2,000) unless if you purchase a full insurance coverage listed HERE. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.***

① Please CONTACT US to request a Claim Form. 
② You must include the claim form along with the product and deliver the product, in either its original packaging, or packaging providing equivalent protection, to the address specified below.
