We use the most suitable engine for each language and always utilize the latest cloud-based engines for translation. As a result, we achieve high translation accuracy that is recognized by native language instructors. However, for industry-specific expressions or uncommon proper nouns, the translation accuracy may decrease.
02 Is special equipment required for the listeners to use?

No, it is not necessary. By accessing through smartphones, tablets, or PCs, participants can receive real-time translations of the conference audio.
03 How is the sound from the venue captured?

By connecting the audio mixer used at the venue to a PC running the "Conference" app and selecting the audio source, you can begin the interpretation process.
04 When the speaker changes from a Japanese speaker to a foreign speaker, is it necessary to change the source language for translation?

Yes, the operating team will need to change the source language setting.
05 Can the text translation results be projected onto a screen?

Yes, it is possible.
06 Can the text translation history be saved?

Yes, the text translation history is saved on the event organizer's management screen, allowing you to reference it later or edit and distribute it to participants.
07 What is the privacy policy?

The translated content is encrypted and automatically deleted after a certain period. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy.
08 How is the pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the usage time, the number of languages spoken by the speakers, and the number of participants.
